With scaffolding down, finishing touches being put to the apartments, as well as the commercial and retail space being fitted out – it won’t be long before Pine Tree Lane comes to life.

It has been a huge effort by all involved and with works almost complete, strata plans lodged and practical completion expected at the end of June – settlement isn’t far away and is expected through July.

Construction has been proceeding well at Pinetree Lane and with all structural works complete and interior fitout well underway, it won’t be long before buyers and tenants can enjoy Terrigal’s new premier destination.

Construction progressing well

Construction at Pinetree Lane is progressing well, with each floor structure being completed in 2 concrete pours. Basement formwork has been stripped and structure works are currently focussed on level 3, with the second L3 concrete pour scheduled for Wednesday. Formwork is currently being prepared for level 4 for a scheduled half floor concrete pour next week.

Pinetree Lane Progressing well

With the basement slabs poured and the ground level slab being formed now, construction at Pinetree Lane is progressing well. As the building is soon to progress above street level, hoardings have been constructed over the past week to Pinetree Lane and these will be complete shortly.

We have also constructed a private viewing platform, so as buyers can take a look at progress on site and access can be arranged via our agent Anne Glaser. In the meantime, residential sales continue and currently sit at approximately 80%. Display apartment relocated

With construction well underway on site, we have now relocated our display apartment to the opposite side of Pinetree Lane at the corner of Ash St in Terrigal and are open Saturday & Sunday 1100 – 1400, or by appointment.

In addition, will be open 7 days over the holiday period from the 28th December – 17th January from 1100 – 1400, or by appointment.

Construction underway at Pinetree Lane

With the footings complete, the tower crane is standing tall at Pinetree Lane and construction works are now underway on this landmark project for Terrigal.

As part of the works, the display apartment has recently been relocated across Pinetree Lane and will soon be ready for use. In the meantime, why not come and see us between 11am – 2pm Saturday and Sunday (or by appointment), at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Boardroom.

As the first sections of the tower crane are delivered to site, construction works are expected tho commence shortly at Pinetree Lane. As part of this, the current through site link & ramp between Council’s multi-deck car park and Pinetree Lane will be closed, with access then via Wilson Rd & Kurrawyba Ave.

Values on the move in Terrigal…

As we move into 2015, it was great to see a recent SMH article report that ‘property prices in some niche spots on the NSW coast have shot up by as much as 15.4% over the past year.’

It noted in particular that ‘four of the top performing five NSW coastal towns are on the Central Coast;’ a ringing endorsement for the area and particularly Terrigal which has risen a healthy 15.3%.
